This is a non-smoking house. Guests will be charged a minimum of $250 additional cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted outdoors. No shoes throughout the interior of the house. This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. First thing i want to say.... THANK YOU for the free wine :) and secondly, the constant communication making sure we had everything we needed was top notch. We definitely enjiyed the outside screened in Patio. The Shower head in the master bathroom.... supurb. There is a delicious pizza place diagnal across the street from the house with delicious salads. We even walked to Jo Jo's Cafe almost two miles away because the area was so peaceful. Thank You so much for accomodating us during the Daytona Bike Week (We're a band that plays ALOT of Bike Rallys: Mojo Gypsy) so the comfort of sleep and peace after a LONG night on stage was wonderful. Thank You again!!!
