This is a non-smoking house. Guests will be charged a minimum of $250 additional cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted outdoors. No shoes throughout the interior of the house. This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. First thing i want to say.... THANK YOU for the free wine :) and secondly, the constant communication making sure we had everything we needed was top notch. We definitely enjiyed the outside screened in Patio. The Shower head in the master bathroom.... supurb. There is a delicious pizza place diagnal across the street from the house with delicious salads. We even walked to Jo Jo's Cafe almost two miles away because the area was so peaceful. Thank You so much for accomodating us during the Daytona Bike Week (We're a band that plays ALOT of Bike Rallys: Mojo Gypsy) so the comfort of sleep and peace after a LONG night on stage was wonderful. Thank You again!!!

The AirBnB was better than we expected. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We were made to feel right at home and our host reached out to be sure we were all set and was very proactive upon our arrival and departure with instructions. Would definitely stay there again!

Tamiz was very easy to communicate with and gave clear details about the property. We only stayed a few nights as we were traveling for business (so I can’t give recs for vacationers but) the property was perfect for our needs. Tamiz was friendly and prompt to respond. Praharsh & Caressa were an absolute delight to deal with! They were easy to communicate with, extremely responsive and were willing to go the extra mile for anything we needed! The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked for a longer (2 week) stay, the house tastefully decorated without being overcrowded. There was ample space for our clothing and belongings. The outside lanai was lovely to sit out on in the morning while enjoying our coffee/tea and breakfast. The couch and beds were extremely comfortable and it was nice that each bedroom had its own TV so that our adult children could watch what they wanted while we watched what we wanted in the living room. If we ever need a place to stay in the area again, this place is at the top of our list! Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful!

Grammy and Grandpa loved staying here for a month while their house was getting done. Host was very responsive. Grammy is on oxygen and the layout of the house was perfect for her.
